Fathers Day is June 17th.

Father, Daddy, Dad, Papa, Pop, and many more names to celebrate this special man.

A Father will:

1. Love the Mother of the Child. Take responsibility for the child.
2. Spend time with the child and love and show affection to the child.
3. Teach the child and guide them by word and example and discipline them.

The role of Father has changed over the years but still stays the same as well in importance.
I personally adored my Father though he was not perfect as no one is. He passed away in 1987 and I took a big role in the care of him the last months of his life. I miss him every day but I still draw strength from him.

Tell your Father or Dad or even Father figure this year how much they mean to you.
A nice card or a token gift is appreciated.

Spring at Graceful Shops

Spring has such a sense of renewal. I love to garden and plant things.

Veggies that you grow always taste better and flower that look so pretty and smell good are great for the soul. 

I have been neglecting my blog. Way too many things to do as an online dealer. 

Forums, groups, finding great inventory, taking photos, listing items and of course orders. 

I am sorry. I will try to do better.

Summertime Finds

In the Summer time by Mungo Jerry is the ultimate song for hot times, poolside parties and staying cool.
White is the ultimate Summer color but seersucker, linen, sandals, halters and long maxi dresses lend to the theme as well.
Hawaiian, beach...you get the idea.
