Ok, It took an obituary to find the name of this label. I found this online:
She was a hostess at the Maru Room Hotel Sahara in Las Vegas
I also found a purse with this name at Ebay.
Amazing the things I have to do to research an item. I have since cleaned the spot off of the top so it is all fine except a spot on the lining of the cape or coat by the labels as shown. I can see either Ann Margaret or Joey Heatherton (whatever happened to her anyway?) prancing around in this outfit
